FERC 2222

On April 29th, the Joint Utilities hosted a stakeholder workshop with the Aggregator community and other interested parties to review the distribution utilities’ plans to support the implementation of the NYISO’s DER Participation model, including the FERC 2222 tariff revisions. These market innovations will entail the opening of the wholesale markets to aggregated resources, including generation and load reduction, located on the distributed system.
